Meredith earned her Master’s in Social Work from Wichita State University and has been teaching yoga for nearly a decade. She believes healing is best supported through a holistic approach that engages both the mind and body.

Drawing on tools such as yoga, meditation, art, and writing, Meredith takes a collaborative and creative approach to therapy. She works with trauma survivors as well as clients navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Meredith values walking alongside clients in their unique healing journeys, knowing there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth.
