An eager and excited lifelong learner – our Licensed Masters Social Worker, Gina, works with individuals and partners looking to anchor or reconnect to their inner peace and rootedness. As a native Kansan who loves traveling, with her undergrad in anthropology, Gina enjoys interacting with a variety of cultures and learning restorative modalities which she uses to find daily peace and happiness. Gina’s therapy focuses include, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, spiritual and existential exploration, trauma healing, health and injury recovery, grief, and relationship challenges.

As a social worker with previous case management experience, Gina has assisted people managing and recovering from unhealthy relationships with substances, houselessness, and all kinds of mental health enigmas. Gina finds ways to weave social justice and the importance of human relationships into each of her sessions.

Utilizing her training as a registered yoga teacher, she blends yoga, ayurveda, nature, and mindfulness, with cognitive behavioral theories and strengths perspective to help people regain confidence in themselves and find purpose in life.
