Meet our Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist.

Jenna Ross graduated in 2010 from Washburn University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Newman in 2013. Jenna has a passion for working with children and adolescents and obtained her Play Therapy Certificate in 2015. She spent her first 3 years as a therapist in community mental health at Wichita Child Guidance Center and Comcare and proceeded to go into private practice. She started her first 2 years in private practice at Sunflower Counseling Services and transitioned to SOMA in 2021 as a social worker and play therapist. She also has a passion for working with trauma and obtained her EMDR training in 2019.
