Her therapeutic techniques include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which aid clients in emotional regulation, developing healthier coping mechanisms, and setting goals. Her consistent and validating therapeutic relationships continuously inspire her through her clients’ resilience.

Outside her professional life, Breanna is an avid runner, cyclist, and adventurer with her husband, four dogs, and three cats. Physical activity has taught her resilience and balance, elements she incorporates into her therapeutic practice to promote holistic well-being.
