With a diverse background that includes nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and non-profit work within marginalized communities, Rachel Errin brings a vast and inclusive perspective to the therapy space. She is passionate about navigating life transitions with intention and reverence, while learning how to embody and welcome one’s parts and ever-emerging authentic self.
Rachel Errin is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Naropa University’s Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program. She works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and existential issues.
With compassion and safety as the cornerstone of her approach, Rachel Errin utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy by incorporating a person-centered trauma-informed lens to psychodynamic, somatic (body-based), and Gestalt-centered therapy to support individuals in cultivating awareness and resilience to restore vitality and harmony to day-to-day life.
