Sarah is an intern therapist currently earning her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to the therapy space and welcomes clients from all walks of life with kindness and patience.

Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, spiritual or religious trauma, ADHD, and identity exploration, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. She also works with couples and families, helping them strengthen connection and communication. She has completed Level 1 Gottman Training, equipping her with research-based tools to help couples build healthier, more meaningful relationships.

Taking a systemic approach to therapy, Sarah believes that the quality of our relationships deeply shapes how we experience the world. She is committed to helping people gain insight, grow in self-awareness, and build more intentional connections with those they love.
