Shylo McCulloch, Licensed Masters Social Worker

Shylo is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Kansas and a recent graduate of Fort Hays State University’s Master of Clinical Social Work program. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fort Hays State.

Originally from a small town in Southwest Kansas, Shylo is new to the Wichita area and brings with her a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Her professional background includes experience in foster care, mental health case management, juvenile psychiatric settings, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Shylo is passionate about serving underserved and stigmatized populations. She enjoys working with teens and young adults, particularly those navigating major life transitions or recovering from trauma. Her approach is strengths-based and person-centered, grounded in empathy and a belief in each individual’s capacity for growth.

She has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is currently in the process of completing certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Outside of her clinical work, Shylo enjoys creating both physical and digital art and spending time with her two dogs. Her creativity and compassion are central to the way she connects with clients and supports them on their path to healing.
