A key area of Alex’s clinical focus is perinatal mental health, including concerns related to pregnancy, infertility, postpartum experiences, motherhood, and birth trauma. Alex views therapy as a collaborative process and believes clients are the experts in their own lives. She integrates evidence-based practices with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to help clients build insight, emotional regulation skills, and a stronger sense of self. Her goal is to support clients as they move toward lives that feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned.
