Jenny Helms-Calvin, LCMFT, is the founder and owner of Soma Therapy, Kansas’s largest group practice, and a fierce advocate for eating disorders, relational healing, and deep trauma work. She brings her passion and expertise to her vision of “helping Wichita thrive beyond trauma” and revolutionizing mental health treatment in Wichita by providing access to much-needed mental health modalities and introducing transformative cutting-edge therapies and levels of care.

In addition to her leadership roles, Jenny is an advocate for trauma, eating disorders and healthy relationships in Wichita; speaking and engaging with local organizations around town. She created Soma Therapy to address the unmet needs of those looking for true transformation in Wichita. Jenny has a passion for advocacy and our evolving Wichita community. She also does videos on YouTube and Instagram in which she answers questions about mental health and relationships and uses creative modalities like music to help people learn and connect the dots on mental health and trauma-healing.
