Our brain is the internal hardware that allows us to experience and interpret thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and emotions. We have both chemical and physical messengers that go from the brain to the body (and vice-versa) that allow us to feel these emotions throughout our entire physiology.
When it comes to experiencing depression, it is both a mind and body experience.
The most powerful thing we can do to manage and decrease our depression or “stuckness” lies in the power of our awareness:
1️⃣ Notice the activities and thoughts within your mind that activate your depression response and how these sensations impact the body.
2️⃣ Learn movement that energizes the body and sends energizing signals back to our brains, getting us out of a pattern of stuckness and blues.

$35 per class with a 4 week commitment.
This class will help you learn and engage in energizing poses, daily affirmations, and learn easy ways to uplift their mood from the mind-body perspective
