Alex is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Temporary (LPC-T) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology who works primarily with adults and teens. She supports individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD, and takes a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to care.

Alex is deeply committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and culturally responsive therapeutic space. She has a strong dedication to working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and clients from diverse backgrounds, honoring each person’s identity, lived experience, and unique story.

A key area of Alex’s clinical focus is perinatal mental health, including concerns related to pregnancy, infertility, postpartum experiences, motherhood, and birth trauma. She understands the emotional complexity and identity shifts that can arise during this stage of life and offers compassionate, supportive care centered on empowerment, agency, and self-trust.

Alex views therapy as a collaborative process and believes clients are the experts in their own lives. She integrates evidence-based practices with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to help clients build insight, emotional regulation skills, and a stronger sense of self. Her goal is to support clients as they move toward lives that feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned.
