Passionate about helping clients address men’s issues, sports performance/anxiety, faith-related concerns, and more, Alex draws from his experience as a former college athlete. This background enables him to understand the unique pressures and mental hurdles athletes face, allowing him to tailor interventions that promote resilience and mental well-being.

In addition to his therapeutic practice, Alex is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clients of all backgrounds feel respected and understood.
