Passionate about helping clients address men’s issues, sports performance/anxiety, faith-related concerns, and more, Alex draws from his experience as a former college athlete. This background enables him to understand the unique pressures and mental hurdles athletes face, allowing him to tailor interventions that promote resilience and mental well-being.

In addition to his therapeutic practice, Alex is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clients of all backgrounds feel respected and understood. Whether exploring identity issues or navigating life’s transitions, he approaches each client with empathy and a dedication to meeting them where they are in their journey.
