Carol Kirsch brings decades of experience and a deeply compassionate perspective to her therapeutic work. She spent 27 years in social work, including 13 years supervising a team of social workers, where she supported individuals facing some of life’s most difficult and underserved circumstances. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of how environment, life experiences, and early relationships shape emotional well-being.

Driven by a desire to address not just symptoms but the root causes of distress, she returned to school later in life to pursue a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy. For the past 20 years, she has worked in private practice and has also served as a therapist in psychiatric hospital settings and a substance use treatment center.

Her clinical background includes specialized training in EMDR, which she uses to support individuals working through trauma, PTSD, and other deeply rooted concerns. She is also a certified Life Coach, helping clients build fulfilling, meaningful lives through growth, self-discovery, and positive change.

Carol Kirsch takes a flexible, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no two people share the same story. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she strives to meet clients where they are and support them in discovering the insight, resilience, and strengths they already possess.
