“My Goal Is To Help You Reach Yours”

Carri understands that seeking help is a brave step to take. Her priority is to create a
comfortable, safe, compassionate atmosphere that will allow you to explore your
challenges and obstacles. It’s important to her that you feel supported throughout your
journey toward self-discovery, growth and healing.

Carri will help you navigate to reach your goals by exploring neuroscientific strategies,
techniques and practices paired with various therapeutic modalities. She enjoys
breaking down these concepts and making them simple and easy to integrate into your
daily functioning to create change that will lead you to manage your mentality more
gracefully.

Carri’s background of professional experience involves 25 years of teaching, from
middle school to higher level education, teaching at Wichita State University. She is also
a formal college athlete. One of her proudest professional accolades is receiving
Kansas Teacher of the Year from USD 259 Wichita. Carri achieved her Masters of
Education in Clinical Mental Health from Wichita State University while also
simultaneously teaching at WSU. She feels her students inspired her to pursue a
counseling career due to the strong connections and relationships they established and
continue to share.
