Cole Relph, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. He brings a strong background in both clinical and hospital-based psychiatric care, with experience working closely alongside psychiatrists to manage patient care, including oversight of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatments.

Cole has over 11 years of experience as a registered nurse, beginning in critical care and, since 2022, providing psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His professional background includes working with individuals across inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, long-term care, and residential treatment programs.

He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for patients of all ages. Cole’s clinical interests include the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, dementia, and behavioral and adjustment disorders.
