Hi there! I am a Temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families make sense of their challenges, express deep hurts, and discover new ways of relating to self and others.

I recently graduated from Friends University with a Masters in Family Therapy and provided over 500 hours of therapy in community mental health, psychiatric hospital, elementary school, and university settings. Some areas of past treatment include but are not limited to grief, infidelity, communication issues, anger management, trauma, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and life transitions. I am currently under clinical supervision.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory, core beliefs, and family systems and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe every human possesses great worth and I hope to meet you with humility, compassion, and authenticity. I enjoy collaborating with people of all backgrounds and I am presently accepting clients ages 14 and up. I have a special interest in working with couples and I am certified in Level 1 of the Gottman Method.
