Julie brings over a decade of dedicated social work experience as a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). Graduating with distinction from Wichita State University, her roots run deep within the Wichita community, particularly in her impactful work within the Medicaid sector and advocacy for vulnerable populations.

In her practice, Julie fosters an empathetic understanding that each individual’s journey is shaped by their unique experiences. She cultivates a safe, nurturing space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their challenges and triumphs.

Passionate about facilitating growth and resilience, Julie specializes in coaching individuals through various life transitions and hardships, including loss, chronic pain, grief, major life changes, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Her approach is grounded in the belief that adversity serves as a catalyst for personal evolution and empowerment.

Central to Julie’s philosophy is the conviction that within every individual lies the innate desire to discover purpose and meaning. She encourages her clients to embrace their inner strength and courageously seek support as they navigate life’s journey. As Marcus Aurelius aptly put it, “You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
