Keith McCann takes a collaborative, goal-focused approach to therapy, helping clients identify meaningful changes, build practical decision-making skills, and develop tools that support personal accountability and growth. He believes that the choices we make shape our life story, and that with the right support, new and healthier chapters are possible.

Keith has extensive experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anger and aggression, anxiety, depression, mood instability, psychosis, boundary concerns, and overwhelming emotions. A significant portion of his work involves supporting individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), as well as those navigating issues related to aggression or impulse control.

He brings a steady, grounded presence to his work and is often sought out by clients during pivotal moments in their lives, when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change. Keith considers it a privilege to support individuals as they work toward greater clarity, stability, and well-being.
