Kristen Cook, a dedicated and passionate Licensed Master Social Worker, is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve personal growth. Specializing in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavior issues, she completed her undergraduate and graduate courses in Social Work at Wichita State University and interned with Pyxis Inc and The Center for Combating Human Trafficking.

Over the past few years, Kristen has worked with individuals across all age groups facing various life challenges, providing services to youth, families, and adults. Her experience includes aiding adults in a psychiatric hospital to overcome significant mental health challenges and achieve stabilization. Additionally, she has offered school-based therapeutic services to children in an early learning center. Kristen’s approach is rooted in a strengths-based method, ensuring a tailored approach to pursue client-set goals.
