As a therapist, Kristin’s goal is to help you process and plan for the challenges and goals that have brought you to therapy. She is passionate about empowering and helping people from all walks of life and has a heart for serving others. Whenever she works with a client, she strives to ensure that they feel validated and heard. As a passionate advocate for providing a nonjudgmental environment, she describes her room as a safe space for processing, empathy, and progress based on your individual needs. Her approach to regaining self-confidence relies on mindfulness and individual strengths. To meet the needs of her clients, she integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches. Kristin believes that the healing journey is shared between therapists and clients.

For many years, Kristin worked as a case manager in the foster care system, gaining valuable experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Kristin graduated with her master’s degree from Colorado Christian University. Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and three Great Danes going camping in her free time.
