With over 15 years experience, Laura utilizes her extensive training in Bowen Family Systems theory, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Gottman couples’ therapy to inform her approach to the treatment of individuals, couples, families and organizations. Laura shares that “the work to uncover the mysteries of the brain and the mind, to explore our thinking and emotional life remains uncharted for most of us.  I am always awed by those who take up the journey to know deeply of themselves and am honored to share the path of discovery with them.”

A mother of 3 active young children, Laura is a runner, coffee drinker, and reader who enjoys family time and outdoor hobbies.  Serving her home community of Hutchinson is also important to Laura, who has participated on numerous boards and community groups. Those organizations include Reno County Health Department, Hutchinson Community Foundation as well as the United Way of Reno County, Red Cross and the Reno County Crime Reduction Task Force.
