Seeing Patients in: In Person Virtual

Meredith understands that engaging in therapy can be frightening and intimidating as it requires vulnerability to share your inner thoughts, feelings, and struggles with another person. She has felt led to become a therapist due to her own experience in therapy combined with her desire to help others live with more authenticity and fulfillment. Meredith is passionate about walking alongside others through this part of their journey in life. Meredith believes that a relationship between therapist and client that includes unconditional acceptance can lead to healing.

Meredith has been a licensed social worker at various levels for over 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 1996 from Fort Hays State University and a Master of Social Work degree in 2002 from Wichita State University. Meredith has served the community in a variety of settings including child welfare, emergency psychiatric care, community mental health, and residential treatment.
