Becky graduated from Wichita State University in 2024 with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She believes therapy works best when built on safety, trust, and even a little humor, creating a space where clients can show up authentically.

She enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples from all walks of life. Becky draws from inner child work, somatic practices, and DBT/CBT, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ unique needs. Her goal is always to bring compassion, curiosity, and support into the room.

Becky’s own experience in therapy was deeply transformative, helping her grow into the healthiest version of herself. That journey inspired her to become a therapist so she could walk alongside others in their healing and growth.

Outside of the therapy room, Becky is in her sourdough era—a hobby she loves for both the creativity and the delicious reward.
