Renee values your experiences as valid and important while also recognizing your strength and vulnerability in seeking professional support that you may address your mental health needs and reach your goals with intention and knowledge, in a safe, encouraging, nonjudgmental space.

She is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and practices a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.  Renee practices trauma-informed, strengths based, solution-focused therapies.

In addition, Renee also holds a certification in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye-movement therapy, and is trained in Advanced and Enhanced ART, as well as SAF-T. ART is a useful therapy for those of us with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and work-related issues.
