Rhea Webb is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling from Wichita State University. Her diverse professional background as an educator,
investigator, and rehabilitation counselor, shapes a well-rounded, compassionate approach to
supporting individuals in their mental health journey. Known for her warm, energetic presence, Rhea
builds meaningful, trusting relationships with clients, particularly young adults, adults, and the elderly.

With a deep commitment to healing, wellness, and advocacy, Rhea draws on both personal experience
and clinical expertise to address a wide range of issues including multiculturalism, immigration, faith,
anxiety, and self-esteem. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and
Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop effective coping strategies and achieve meaningful
change. Her early work in education and community service played a significant role in her path to
counseling, offering insight into the broader challenges individuals face and reinforcing her passion for
mental health support.
