Tara Lawrenz, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Graduating in 2007, Tara embarked on a dynamic nursing journey across various specialties before realizing her true calling in Mental Health.

With a diverse background, Tara adeptly manages medications for patients with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorders I and II, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). Furthermore, she possesses specialized expertise in Ketamine and Esketamine management, providing innovative solutions for depression cases resistant to conventional medication approaches.
